| You should only weigh at the end of Induction... or at least give it a week -- fluctuations in weight are normal. Here's a challenge you might want to join: Semi Annual WEIGH? NO WAY! CHALLENGE #6. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...lenge-6-a.html (Semi Annual WEIGH? NO WAY! CHALLENGE #6)

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | try only to weigh once a week. As long as you dont get started weighing everyday it wont be hard to wait for the same day every week.

| Dr. atkins wrote that it takes 2-3 days for our bodies to get into ketosis. So it's possible to lose weight, not lose weight or even gain weight. With the weight gain, check your menu to see if you are eating processed foods, like bacon, cold cuts, etc. These foods typically have a high sodium content and sodium may cause water retention.

| I'm on my 4th day and tempted to check the scale, but like everyone said we should only check once a week so I'm going to wait 'till I'm done with week 1. I don't feel like like I've lost anything yet either, but give it a few more days and then check back in to share your results. I'm sure they'll be positive! |
