| None of the bars are induction friendly and the shakes should be used only in an emergency. There's no rule that you have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast. You can eat any kind of meat or poultry that you so choose. We are allowed to have half an avocado, so one of my favorite breakfasts is some sliced turkey or chicken warmed in butter and topped with homemade guacamole. Legal guacamole is very easy to make. I only occasionally ate eggs prior to doing Atkins, but in the last three years I sometimes eat four or five a day. I crave them. After getting rid of your sweet tooth and getting over the carb cravings, your tastes change. You have to be open to trying things that formerly were on your "don't like" list.
