ok....Here we go for the 2nd round of Atkins. Last year I lost 30 pounds so lets see if we can do it again. Just got out my 30-min cardio. So far I ate Tuna patties...Thinking that I need to eat more, but I'm not hungry. Been drinking alot of water. I've decided since I'm drawing unemployment ( not worring ) about getting a job....this would be a great opportunity for me to kick start my weight loss. As you can tell today is my first day on the program. I need to get inside myself again and see who I am -- Lost touch with me.
