Default i was doing SOO good then....

well i was doing good.. i lost 8 pounds. looking fantastic. My boyfriend was giving me attention i have needed. All i did was eat a big dinner. Maybe had too much broccolli. But nothing bad. I had some hot tea with alittle heavy cream but i think it was the 12 oz ribeye i ate from ol charles.. Will i have to wait another 3 days to loose or is it just cause im full the reason why the scale is up. I HOPE all my hard work , lots of exercise in the morning wasnt lost due to alittle broccolli and a big steak.. someone help me..

I think all is good. What you need is to take a break from the scale. It can be madness weighing yourself everyday. Some day we go up - just because.... Hormones, salt, alignment of the stars who knows - it will go back down again. Relax girl. You're working it good.

The best way to make friends on ADBB is to join in on threads and exchange help/advice/solutions/incidents/experiences you have found along your Atkins journey.

Some people like to start a special 'support thread' in the forum they most visit where people in similar situations can meet up and encourage each other.

You could start your own journal in the journal chats forum too. Many of our members keep up lively interactive friendships by visiting and being visited in each others' journals.
