Default not hungry

I see where people gets where they just don't want to eat. I am getting that way, I never thought I would hear those words come from my mouth. What do you do, force yourself to eat. I been doing that cause I heard you should'nt skip meals, but I get nausea when I force to eat just a little. Any suggestion?
There has been a few times I actually forget to eat. That is funny to say, food was always on my mind. My mom/sis when we go shopping we would say we are going to eat, that was the first thing out of our mouths when we got in the car than we decide what store after we eat and than inbetween stores snack. I don't do that anymore. Food is at the bottom. I guess I just eat now for health reason.
Well enough of that I will take any suggestion on what you all do when you get to that point of not wanting to eat.

Try some creatve cooking/food prepping - maybe something tantalizing - that is made of legal ingredients measured for the number of servings you're making. If it doesn't start to give you an appetite, at least you'll have made a meal for later.
(Also, a little MSG if it doesn't bother you can stimulate your taste buds, or some flavorful beef or chicken broth with celery or onion powder...mushrooms are good, too )

Did you check the recipes section on the Board? There is some very yummy stuff there.

Smaller meals, eaten more often, might also help.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
