| If you look at the recipe section in your book, you'll see the typical Atkins serving sizes for meat and eggs. With that said, you eat the amount of food that satisfies your hunger. If it takes 3 eggs to satisfy your hunger, that's what you eat. If it takes only 1 egg, that's what you eat. If you have a large appetite, I would suggest that you eat 1/3 of your serving, then ask yourself if you are still hungry. If you are, eat another 1/3. If you aren't stop eating. Dr. Atkins said that his diet didn't give you a license to gorge on the allowed foods. If you keep that in mind then you'll eat the right amount of meat for your body.

| Everyone is different so what is good for me, might be horrid for you. We try to keep our protein level at about 30-35% of our diet during induction. Try fitday.com as it will help you keep track. |
