Diet Rite?

Ok I know ive seen this topic discussed somewhere before but I just want to make sure... I can have diet rite soda on induction correct? The one im looking at right now is the Diet Ride Cherry Cola made with splenda.

Ingredients are...
carbonated water, caramel color, natural and artificial flavors, acacia gum, phosphoric acid, potassium benzoate, sucralose, citric acic, acesuflame potassium, potassium citrate

0 carbs, 0 caffeine, 0 sodium, 0 calories

I believe it's allowed if you must. I didn't drink anything but water for induction and that really helped me drop pounds quicker, I believe. Unfortunately, you have to count it towards your sweetener allotment. I hate wasting that on drinks!! It's just full of unnatural stuff. It may or may not make a difference in losses for you.

I try to stay away from anything that will put a dent in my results. I have also found if I do drink a diet drink sometimes my water intake suffers. Come up with something to keep that from happening. For every diet drink you drink, drink 3 glasses of water.
