| MagsMom -- many, many thanks! I'm actually at the end of wk 3 of induction, and I've been frustrated because I've only lost 5lbs. Your story inspires me -- maybe there is still hope. My sister-in-law did mention today that it looked like I had lost weight... |

| I added more fat to my diet and I think it is working!!!! My daughter said she is beginning to see a difference in my stomach! I think the Whooshie Fairy found me! I will continue to march forward. | hi i read your post is baked chicken wings considered lean meats. thats all i have eaten for the last 3days and 1 day of steak, and the basic breakfast. i havent lost any weight. today is the 5th day and its just started. its 6:44am right now

| Hi lady Been visiting you at blogs. Nice to see you post here too. Only lean meat. That is not good. It is not Atkins. You need to get a little bit more familiar with what you are supposed to do.

| When i started my first time of atkins, i lost nothing in the 14 days. I did start losing more when i did more meals that were smaller during the day. That helped a lot. |
