Thank you so much for responding to my questions. I realize that 10-15 lbs doesn't sound like much to all of you but it is alot for my frame. My weight (fat) has nowhere to go but out....not up! I will do what you have suggested! Thank you so much for the encouragement. This has been a blessing...I was feeling a little discouraged. Thanks again!

MagsMom -- many, many thanks! I'm actually at the end of wk 3 of induction, and I've been frustrated because I've only lost 5lbs. Your story inspires me -- maybe there is still hope. My sister-in-law did mention today that it looked like I had lost weight...

I added more fat to my diet and I think it is working!!!! My daughter said she is beginning to see a difference in my stomach! I think the Whooshie Fairy found me! I will continue to march forward. hi i read your post is baked chicken wings considered lean meats. thats all i have eaten for the last 3days and 1 day of steak, and the basic breakfast. i havent lost any weight. today is the 5th day and its just started. its 6:44am right now

where are the veggies you're suppose to be eating? Have you read the acceptable food list? How about the book? If you are only eating meat you aren't following Atkins plan you are off on your own.

Been visiting you at blogs. Nice to see you post here too. Only lean meat. That is not good. It is not Atkins. You need to get a little bit more familiar with what you are supposed to do.

When i started my first time of atkins, i lost nothing in the 14 days.

I did start losing more when i did more meals that were smaller during the day. That helped a lot.
