| Whether you move to OWL or not is your personal choice. Dr. Atkins wrote that only those who are metabolically resistant or have a lot to lose can benefit from doing Induction for more than two weeks. However, most folks see a decrease in their weight loss rate (compared to the first week of Induction, for example) regardless of whether they stay on Induction or move to OWL. Quote:
