| I would say you should leave vanity aside and just move one. When you move to OWL, your chances to cheat decrease because you have a larger variety of foods to choose from. Besides, since you don't have a lot to lose, you should not spend too much time on Induction or you won't be able to slowly find your CCLL while in OWL. Get back on track with the next bite and do Induction until you get back into ketosis. This might take a few days, depending on how many carbohydrates you have eaten and on your degree of metabolic resistance. Then, when you are back into ketosis, move to OWL. You won't be able to accurately determine your degree of metabolic resistance based on what you have lost during Induction, but you'd be better off in the long term with a more varied menu. Do you know how much you have lost before cheating? Is your signature correct?

| Some of us would still be on induction if we had to restart each time we ate something off plan!! As Georgiana said, no need to restart counting your 14 days, just carry on till you are back in ketosis and move on up the OWL ladder.

| These lessons are good to learn! You will remember how you felt after you ate that stuff. It's been well over a year since I have done atkins and cheated. I gave up and didn't even think about starting over. Just said screw it! I didn't even last 12 days, 5 or so was always my max LOL. It took many, many times to get to a point where I had some "control" over cheating. Tomorrow will be a month. You CAN do it! Don't forget how crappy and guilty you felt after eating those bad foods. You'll need that memory to keep yourself in check next time you get that itch. |

| The question is why were you feeling so weak on day 12? Are you taking any vitamins/minerals? |

| I decided to pick up some ketostix and see what's going on and according to the stix I am in Ketosis! I think I will do induction a few more days just to be sure that I am in Ketosis. |
