4th day on induction, first weigh-in...

When I re-started the atkins four days ago, I weigh 194 pds. I have come to the decision to weigh myself every four days, and take measurements every seven days, because I am aware that measurements are more accurate than a number on the scale.

I lost four pounds in four days, WITHOUT exercise

I usually exercise everyday, but I decided to stop, which was really hard, for four days, and to start again until my next weigh-in.

Lets see how much more weigh I lose in the next four days!

good job your doing great so far and it seems like you will loose alot more weight with exercise! from experience, i know that exercise doubles the weight loss while on atkins.
first time when i did atkins, i lost 20lbs during induction which was amazing, but it was alot of hard work, i use to work out (cardio/eliptical) for an hour and then weights.
i was down to size 6 when became prego and after my son was born it was sooooooooooooo hard to start atkins again, but on his 2nd birthday I just decided, this is it, i can't stay like this and now im on induction.

im sure you will do great becoz ur start is amazing! (4lbs! in 4 days!!!!)
