| Monday 13th April Breakfast - Bacon and Scrambled Eggs - 1.6 Carbs. I went shopping and got lured by the reduced easter chocolate...and the lack of sugar made me go crazy! Also the swede turnip fiasco took another twist today when I brought parsnips instead of turnips without realising...so now I have an illegal veg to eat for the next few days. So what I am doing really can't be classed as the atkins due to my silly mistakes! On the plus side i'm going to tag rugby tonight!

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | "Satisfy my sweet cravings" You are supposed to get rid of your sweet cravings all together. Especially since it is a weakness for you... Stay away from anything sweet for a couple of weeks and see where you are then... |

| Well my coffee merange cream cake thing went HORRIBLY wrong, so all I have now is some coffee flavoured cream...which I have stuck in the freezer hoping it will micracuosly turn into icecrem. So with my chocolate binge earlier, about 3 (illegal) parsnips which I thought were turnaips when I brought them, and no time in the day anymore to prepare anything because i'll be basically living in the library 24/7 i'm going to forgo starting my atkins woe until after the parsnips have been used and all the coffee cream is gone, so I can do it properly! For now I will just do a somewhat modified version of induction with parsnips and coffee cream lol.

| Just so you know when you go shopping next, this is what turnips look like ![]() Sometimes they are not as purpley but are more greeny than these ones
