| If you stick to eating on-plan foods and do not feed those cravings hopefully it won't be long before your body gives you a break and stops trying to tempt you ![]() Maybe if you make a list of the reasons you want to lose weight and have it with you to read when tempted it will remind you of why you decided to follow the Atkins way of eating?

| I had a bad day yesterday.. I ate great but I thought about sugary chocolaty food A LOT. The thing that really puts me into perspective is repeating my weight to myself... and it really turns me off the sweets! |

| Look at a picture of a skinny person, or visulise what you want to look like...that's what I do.

| We had one member who said that if she did decide to eat off plan she had made herself a rule that she could eat it but had to do it naked in front of a full-length mirror!! The thought of that was enough to stop herself giving in to temptation
