| Since they are not on the list of foods acceptable during Induction, it is better to wait until OWL before having them. Quote:

| I made noodles from other 'legal' ingredients on induction. You can use a veg peeler to make 'zoodles' from zucchini (courgettes) or make thin omelettes from eggs and cut them into thin noodle strips or cut thin strips from cabbage leaves then boil them till tender.

| I read about zucchini noodles on two other forums yesterday and today. Today I was out shopping and found a julienne peeler that makes perfect little julienne strips. So I will try the zucchini noodles for dinner tomorrow! |

| Let us know how that works out Sunny. I usually use spaghetti squash in place of noodles.

| I often do the "thin omlette" thing too. Rolled up and sliced, it makes cool tagliatelle!
