Default "Mock" Chicken Strip question..

I cut up chunks of chicken breast, dipped them in egg and coated them in crushed pork rinds and a little dash of Parmesan cheese.. then fried them.
They tasted so amazing!!
But are they ok for induction??? I wanted to check the website I got it from and I can't find it..

They sound induction friendly to me. I do the same thing only instead of pork rinds I only put parmesan cheese on it and fry them....I'll have to try your pork rinds though.

They're not mock--as long as it's real chicken--they are also the real thing. Very induction friendly. I make up all kinds of "shake & bake" flavors and I love them.

induction friendly yep. I coat chicken breast in pork rinds, parmesan and seasonings and bake it, and it always comes out great. I think I read somewhere though that too many pork rinds on induction is bad so be careful.

I tried just the parmesean cheese this morning and it was SO good!!! I made home-made ranch dressing sans the milk.. and it was just like eating restaurant chicken strips!!! AMAZING! I can't believe I am eating this and still losing weight

Even if it wasn't okay, I am not the type to beat myself up over something so trivial. If this is to be a way of life I'd expect to screw up every once in awhile. I am perfectly ok with that, as long as I lose weight in the big picture.
