| I would not do it! It's a waste of sodium and sucralose consumption to be swallowing that with a water substitute. Do you have a water filter? My water was one of my objections too...until I went out and bought a PUR filtered pitcher. I LOVE it and fill it several times per day!! Stick with water and not the substitutes. It will serve you well down the road! |

| I wouldn't bother. If you cut your sodium, then have 1 day with too much, you'd see what a difference it makes in your body. I can always tell when I have too much because my fingers get fatter, its bizzare lol. if you dont like your tap water, get a filter, it more than pays for itself.

| You're limited to 3 servings of anything with a sugar substitute per day. So read the label of the bottles. If you are drinking more than 3 servings of it, then you are going over your sweetener allotment. Also Dr. ATkins wrote that the only thing that counts towards the daily minimum 64 fluid ounces of water is water: filtered, tap, mineral or spring. You may have beverages like Fruit2 O in addition to that 64 fluid ounces of filtered, tap, mineral or spring water. I don't drink tap water because the tap water in my area has too many impurities. So I purchased a filter pitcher, like the one made by Britta or Pur. The initial investment is about $25-30. The filter is good for about 40 gallons of water. So that's about 20 cents per gallon. That's alot cheaper than the bottles of Fruit20 which are more than a $1 a bottle. And alot better for you too!
