If you go in the diabetic section of any pharmacy, you will find cough syrups that do not have sugar in them. A brand I read about on the Board is Robistussin Cough & Cold CF; it contains glycerol, sorbitol and sucralose (Splenda): Robitussin®: Wyeth Consumer Healthcare You could also use the capsule formula insead of the syrups; an example is DayQuil LiquiCaps: http://www.vicks.com/products/dayquil-liquicaps Depending on your CCLL, a regular cough syrup can through you out of ketosis and cause cravings.

When I caught 2 bad colds in the space of 4 weeks from my adorable niece and nephew I used Robitussin sugar free cough syrup which didn't effect me at all. A bit expensive for such a small bottle but it was better than suffering.
