| Welcome to the Board! Induction gets easier as you go. You should feel much better in few days. Good job for going to the gym -- 37 min of cardio is a great start!

I believe that the best way to overcome temptation is not with willpower, which is so often in short supply, but with our brain power, a potentially unlimited resource. Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Congrats! Glad you decided to join us First-time induction can be difficult, but it does get easier and you can take measures to smooth the process. Remember to drink lots of water throughout the day and don't be afraid to eat plenty of food so long as it's induction-friendly (meats, eggs, cheeses, etc). You definitely want to avoid starving yourself so take advantage of the program and eat frequently to help stave off those hunger pangs. |
