| See a doctor. Stomach aches/discomfort after eating fat, maybe a sign of a medical problem with your gallbladder.

| the fact that you have had your gallbladder out may be the reason your stomach is upset. When my mother had hers taken out the doctor told her to watch eating fatty food. Try a different type of fat than you've been using to see if it is something specific - if it is then stop eating it.
