Today marks week 1 on induction! I am feeling great. I am amazed at how *not* hungry I am. I feel satisfied through out the day!
I haven't weighed myself yet, planning to in the morning. But as of several days ago I was about 6lbs down. Very pleased!
I think I've cut my daily caloric intake in half. It's amazing to think of all the junk food I've been passing up, and I wonder how much heavier I'd be today if I had eaten my typical diet the last week.
Can't wait to see what my results are after induction!

Im about 8 days into Induction and I was SO surprised by that too! I thought Id be ravenous but Im not hungry at all. Most times now I can barely finish my lunch. It used to be that at work Id be eating all day long.

I find myself in the same situation making it difficult to get in my 20 carbs. I officially started induction last Monday although I had been doing Atkins prior to that. Guess I was ready to "commit" until last Monday!
