| Liv - Before Elizellen told me otherwise I thought that turnips and swede were the same thing, turns out I was mistaken, so I went to the supermarket and brought what I thought were turnips but were infact parsnips, so next time if I get it wrong i'm just going to give up lol! 1st day back on Atkins after the turnip/parsnip/swede fiasco. Breakfast - Turkey, mushroom, and leek omelette. Lunch/Dinner (woke up v. late so breakfast was really lunch) - Spicy Burgers and Stir-fry cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, peppers and leek. Snack later - Piece of left-over lemon chicken and a decaf coffee with some cocoa in it Exersize = 0 :'( to busy doing my dissertation!
