| The easiest way to tell is to read the ingredients on the soup -- does it contain sugars, starches, etc? In the Food Forum section there's a forum called COOKING LESSONS and an excellent post on how to make your own Atkins-friendly soups. Just in case you'd like to give it a try. Also, remember that this WOE is all about eating unprocessed foods... A good homemade soup will contain only the acceptable (and fresh) ingredients you put in it! Joan J
