Default question on soup

Can anyone tell me whether i am allowed to have cup soup (this powered soup then hot water added to it makes soup normally drink in a cup)
on the induction period . Over here in Uk we called it Cup-a-Soup

The easiest way to tell is to read the ingredients on the soup -- does it contain sugars, starches, etc?

In the Food Forum section there's a forum called COOKING LESSONS and an excellent post on how to make your own Atkins-friendly soups. Just in case you'd like to give it a try.

Also, remember that this WOE is all about eating unprocessed foods... A good homemade soup will contain only the acceptable (and fresh) ingredients you put in it!
