Default hidden sugar...ugh

So today I make some broccoli with cheese and scrambled eggs for lunch and think, heck why not give it a tablespoon of ranch dressing. Halfway through eating it I glance at the container and see "sugar - 1g" then in the ingredients I see it's just straight up sugar and theres also MSG. Hmph! naturally fresh indeed!
So I'm just curious, I've only had this dressing once before on a salad and I only use one tablespoon instead of the serving size of two. Am I kinda screwed on induction or should I just not use the dressing and continue without starting over or whatnot.

I know I probably sound silly starting over because of something so small, but I'm just trying to stay strict with the diet.

That's right. Stop using the dressing and just continue Induction. It's good that you checked the ingredients -- better late than never.

I wouldn't screw the rest of the day for one little mistake. Keep on and get rid of that dressing! I miss ranch on my eggs, that does taste great.

No need to do that.

Are you in the US? I think one can find SF ranch dressing there.

I am in US, I have only seen fat free ranch. I am sure there is such a thing but usually in specialty stores, such as organic type supermarkets, but those places are too expensive for me to shop at. Aldi is my one stop shop for most of the food. I know you have one of those in Germany.

Then you can make your own, using ingredients you find at Aldi.

Here's a recipe from Linda's website:
