| I have had pork rinds a few times but they aren't a big favorite on my list. I use them for coating chicken and for the binder in meatloaf. I snack on string cheese, veggies cut up (radishes, celery, cucumber, zucchini, etc). You need to get your veggie carbs in every day - during Induction you should eat at least 14 of your daily 20 carbs with them. Check the acceptable food list and see which veggies you like best, cut them up and munch on them throughout the day. There is also a new challenge starting on Monday to make sure you get your Veggies in each day...you might want to join it and make sure you are getting enough. Hope this helps

| I don't like pork rinds, but that's just me. They are legal though, just be careful with the sodium -- it may cause you water retention issues. Quote:
