| You can eat as often as you like - but don't go more than 6 waking hours without eating. 2 cups "salad" veggies, 1 cup "other". Check the "sticky" posts at the top of the forums - there's a lot of info there on what the 'rules' are. You could also read the book. Congrats on taking the leap...we're all in this together.

| 1 cup of lettuce is about the size of a tennis ball... Most salads in restaurants have between 2-4 cups of lettuce not including the other things that they put on them... |
