| Do you have the package? The ingredients should be listed on it. I never had to take pain medicine, so I don't have suggestions for sugar free ones. Sorry. If you are feeling totally crappy, Dr. Atkins wrote that you can add another cup of vegetables until the symptoms of "Induction flu" subside. But are you eating enough fat? Drinking enough water? Eating your veggies? Not doing these things can make headaches worse. Hope you're feeling better soon.
