I had the oven pancakes from linda's low carb website today .... OMG, they were heaven. I envy people who can do the eggs and bacon thing, I have a hard time.....the pancakes were amazing! Only .75 g of carbs in each one. YUM!!!!! It's my new favorite!

Those oven pancakes sound good - I don't have an electric mixer, but am going to try making them beating hard with a whisk. Thanks for the tip! |
