Upset Stomach and Headaches...

Blargh. <--that's the noise for how I feel sometimes.

Okay MOST of the time I feel good. I drinks LOTS of water, I eat my veggies, and I exercise at LEAST once a day. Sometimes twice. I'm in ketosis now!! So that's good.

Only trouble is, at times, after/between meals, I don't get hungry but I do get headaches and my stomach feels sour. I felt so bad last night just before ketosis hit that I had to lay down and go to bed! Is there something else I need to be doing?

Jenn, this is normal. Your body is going through a LOT of changes in switching over to a fat burning metabolism. It's called "induction flu."

Oooh, okay! Induction flu, huh? Well, I guess that means I'm doing the diet right though, right? Because if I wasn't switching over so drastically, I wouldn't feel those things. I'd rather tough it out and see the results. Thanks!
