| I make quiches ahead (just made 2 today) and nuke a piece for breakfast. Its fast & you can vary the ingredients so it doesn't get too boring. Plus you get some of your carbs at breakfast without having to eat salad before noon

It only takes me a couple minutes to make scrambled eggs and bacon, I nuke the bacon, 1 minute per slice and scramble the eggs with a little cheese. I also love the eggnog shake You can also get a glass bowl, those small custard size and put a canadian bacon or ham in the bottom, a half scrambled egg over that and cover with cheese, instant mcmuffin.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Dispite it sounding gross... I actually bite the bullet this am and did the eggnog shake. Your right, it was pretty good if you didn't think about it basically being raw eggs! Thanks again for the ideas!

I like smoked salmon and cream cheese. The flax muffin in a minute is a nice change of pace with some cream cheese too.

I actually don't eat eggs (with the exception of crustless quiche) - never have, never will. I do like bacon, so I'll cook up a strip or two of bacon and, while it's still hot from the pan, wrap it around a small cube of cheese. Yum! A do-ahead breakfast is bacon chopped up, mixed with grated cheddar cheese and mayo and formed into balls, then store in fridge. Another yum! (Nice snack food too)
