| Are you reading toe 2002 revised edition of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution? Check out pages 121 - 152... give or take a few pages...

| I personally can't drink diet soda because my joints swell so much. I've read where a lot of people stall when they drink it. Before I started this I drink 6 - 8 cans of Diet Rite and 2 pots of coffee a day. It's only 14 days of induction -- during that time you are breaking addictions to food and drink -- drink plenty of water (at least 64 ounces of pure water) daily, decaf coffee or tea and see what happens. You'll be surprised how you don't miss the junk anymore

| wow--- what a reminder ... can relate to that... I once carried "morning" coffee in a insullated mug... was so big it was an exercise in restraint to not pour the entire pot into it ... oh the shame.... |
