Default MY INDUCTION RESULTS!!

Today is actually day 15 of induction for me, but I wanted to make sure I weighed in the morning after the 14th day to get the most accurate reading. I have lost 20.4 pounds!!!!!! :icondance :joy :icondance :joy :icondance :joy :icondance I will definetely be staying on induction for a while longer. I have at least another 70 pounds to go. I am thinking of chaning my goal of 150 to 170. My doc gave me a rough estimate of my frame size..."very large"...great. She said I would probably look like a skeleton at 150, so maybe I don't have as far to go as I thought. The weight I looked best at in high school was about 165, but I have since had a baby so that might make it a little more difficult to get down that low again. I'm thrilled with my loss so far though!! Thanks to you all for helping me stick to it! I will be moving over to the extended induction forum after this post.

And before you go, read the DAY 15 stickie. Be sure to ask yourself the Four Questions once a week or so while you are doing Extended Induction. It's always a shame to see people fall off on month 4 because they forgot they can move onto OWL and have a more varied diet.

woo hoo for you I love day 15 yippppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee posts

Since you were a super heavy wieght your doc may not have explained it too good but your body inorder to support you and move you grew more muscles mass amd demser bones. As you lose weight on Atkins those heavier body parts will be saved and still be there. the Easterb Block athletic trainers actually took advantange of that added muscle mass an encouraged their athlets to gain weight or get preg during the down yrs between olympics and world championships.

you are going to notice on the way down you are fitting in smaller sizes at higher weights then you did on the way up too.
