| WooHoooooo! See ya, later. And before you go, read the DAY 15 stickie. Be sure to ask yourself the Four Questions once a week or so while you are doing Extended Induction. It's always a shame to see people fall off on month 4 because they forgot they can move onto OWL and have a more varied diet.

| woo hoo for you I love day 15 yippppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee posts Since you were a super heavy wieght your doc may not have explained it too good but your body inorder to support you and move you grew more muscles mass amd demser bones. As you lose weight on Atkins those heavier body parts will be saved and still be there. the Easterb Block athletic trainers actually took advantange of that added muscle mass an encouraged their athlets to gain weight or get preg during the down yrs between olympics and world championships. you are going to notice on the way down you are fitting in smaller sizes at higher weights then you did on the way up too. Happy low carbing.
