It was a monster but I didnt have ANY veggies today so that got in 2 cups. LOL I threw in some cheese, a delicious LC Italian dressing and chicken and I really enjoyed it. On that note, I did make some cheesecake muffins and sausage egg and cheese muffins so I wont be caught off guard again

| Im having 2 smoked haddock fillets cooked in foil in the oven with butter and herbs - with cauli and leek mash (ive seen the recipe somewhere lol) and green beans xx mmm followed by sugar free jelly with a dollop of double (heavy) cream xxx not to mention the imaginary gin and tonics again - I think Ill have 4 tonight - really push the boat out! ![]() ![]() Chelle xxx |
