| Hey there! Don't be ashamed to come here even when you go off track. ADBB is here for support and it might help you get back on Atkins faster, therefore avoid extra pounds piling up. It's good that you've learned what bad eating habits can do to you and how they can make you feel -- remember this whenever you'll be tempted to cheat again. Keep the book close, reread at least the Induction chapter, print several copies of the list of foods acceptable during Induction and of the Rules of Induction, and plan, plan, plan.

| Thanks for the support Mikaella and Georgiana i only gained back 3lbs so i feel better already I will be back on everyday so this doesnt happen again i hope you both are doing well with your own weightloss journey all the very best of luck to you xx |

| w33liz23 keep going. I promise it will be well worth it. I have struggled for so many years to lose my weight and this is the only thing that allows me to do so and also to feel good while doing it. Dont give up. This board really helps so keep checking back. Also I would also suggest that you pick a challenge that interests you and join it. I was a skeptic at first as to how those would help seeing that no-one would be there to see if I was really doing what I pledged to do. But thats not the case at all. They are a real great source of motivation and you do feel accountable to someone else/ a group of people even though they cant see you. Best wishes |
