| Anyone who has read the book knows, Dr. Atkins said exercise is not an option. Do it anyway. Always. You'll be glad you did and your body will thank you for it. Even with just a little to lose, you probably want the muscle tone and to be healthy and fit. It will help you out in every aspect. I'm so glad I started working out and lifting weights early on. I'd probably weigh less right now if I didn't but I'd be all flabby...and let me tell you, I'm muscular and solid. That's sexy! |
