| It's got to be your decision, but I don't think it's necessary. Just put that behind you and figure out how to avoid the cheese danish next time. |

| Sounds like you need to stay away from restaurants until you can get your willpower under control... they may be a trigger for you to be bad ![]() No need to start induction over... just keep on going, you have a long way to go and you can do it! |

| Thank you both!! Normally I have great will power - I did Atkins in 2007 for 8 months and NEVER cheated...I know I am stronger than I made myself out to be....I just don't know why I put myself in those situations - I think I just made the whole (its an occasion) excuse and thought it was ok. I will continue on and maybe just do it as an extended induction just to make more justice to my actions. Thanks again |

| I wouldn't start over either but maybe the next time you're tempted to eat off plan, you will remember that that Danish just wasn't worth the way it made you feel after you had eaten it. In the book 'Pycho-Cybernetics', Dr. Maltz says that we learn by going forward, making mistakes and immediately correcting course. So just chalk it up to a learning experience! |
