| Its the 2002 edition...check the publishing date! Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002 Edition) - Yahoo! Shopping That one looks completely different from mine, and I found at least 1 other cover...I hate when they keep changing them!

| Hi Gayle, It is so important to read the book all the way through. You have to move up the rungs before you get close to your goal weight or you will not learn to eat the right way. Meaning, you will not learn how many carbs you can take in one day to still lose the weight. It sounds to me like you need to begin moving up the rungs. It is my experience that when you begin to add carbs back slowly and on plan, the weight starts to come off again...
