| It depends what your degree of metabolic resistance is and how many carbs you had in your system. Welcome back to Atkins!

| This is a number you determine based on the weight loss you had in the first two weeks and it correlates with your resistance to lipolysis/ketosis. After you know your degree of metabolic resistance, you will be able to estimate the maximum amount of carbohydrates you can eat in order to keep losing weight (your Critical Carbohydrate Level for Losing, or CCLL) or to maintain (your Critical Carbohydrate Level for Maintenance, or CCLM). You can find this in Chapters 13, 14 and 17 in "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution" (2002). The same information is summarized here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-ace-ccll.html (What is my ACE (CCLL)?)
