Default Ketosis already?

Just wondering if it is possible to be in ketosis by the end of the first day on Atkins? I am back from slipping, I have some water weight gain and I am trying to correct my back sliding before I am bigger than ever. So today is my first day back on a nice clean 2 week induction and for the heck of it I tested with one of my keto stix and it says I am in ketosis. Could this be?

It depends what your degree of metabolic resistance is and how many carbs you had in your system.

This is a number you determine based on the weight loss you had in the first two weeks and it correlates with your resistance to lipolysis/ketosis.
