Default How much to lose in 2nd week induction...

Well I am sooooo happy at losing 8 llbs in my first week!!!

I know that weight loss slows down in the 2nd week and as I get closer to my goal weight. I just hope I can lose 3 llbs this week - do people think this is possible?

I go to the gym 5 times a week and involved in that is running, cycling, cross trainer, low impact weights and a couple of vigorous gym classes.

Fingers crossed I can keep the momentum going fo this week.

Has anyone actually loss more or the same in the 2nd week compared to 1st?? I don't think I will but I would definately be happy with a 3llb loss. Also got my MEASURE UP at the end of the two weeks so can see WHERE I have lost the weight

Default Re: How much to lose in 2nd week induction...

I think one of the things that we have to learn is that we are in this for the long haul. And weight is not going to fall off every week. That can be hard - especially if we feel like we are sacrificing stuff. I have been where you are. I think I even went up a pound that 2nd or 3rd week before losses started again. It is just like that. But frustrating at the time. We need that big perspective.
So it is very hard to say what will happen to you this second week. But whatever happens, you are going to do fine. Hang in there.

And congratulations on that huge loss already. That is wonderful.
