I was looking over your menus in Journal Stats (the link to FitDay doesn't work, by the way) and although most of them look really good, there are a few things that could be tweaked to maximize your weight loss results. The 12-15 g net carbs rule for vegetables was added by Atkins Nutritionals after Dr. Atkins' death. In his last book about the ANA (DANDR 2002), Dr. Atkins wrote we should eat 3 cups of vegetables per day, maximum 1 of which can come from the "Other Vegetables" list. Cottage cheese is not allowed on Induction. It can only be introduced in OWL Rung 2. I saw "pumpkin Jello with whipped cream" there. Is this Jell-O? Jell-O contains aspartame which is a staller for many people and it is therefore not on the list of "legal" sweeteners in Dr. Atkins' book. FitDay now. To share your account there, first log in and in the tabs on top of the page go to Profile. As you go down the page you will see a big button that has "Make My Journal Public" written on it. Click on that and then click on "Save My Profile". A link to your public FitDay account should appear and then you can just copy that link and paste it here or in your Journal Stats.
