| way to go Theresa -- you are living proof that if you want to do something you can - even with all the excuses lined up ready to use. As far as your husband being an enabler -- that's great - let him....but let him only enable himself not you. I live with my mother and husband who, along with myself, are all type 2 diabetic....they eat ice cream, all sorts of fruit, starches and I don't. It would be easy to eat this stuff along side them but I choose not to! Focus, get up and dance as a form of exercise, walk around your living room 50 times, you'll be amazed at how many things you see while you're walking around that you normally don't see! Move the furniture into the middle of the room and walk around the perimeter of the room....I did than when the weather was too bad to get outside and walk. I literally know every inch of my home! LOL I'm happy and proud for both of you!! Keep up the good work
