| get a used version from Amazon.com! Fat too low? Listen, I only worry about tracking at Fitday when I am NOT losing well. Since you are, why are you worried? as your body seems fine with what it is getting? Enough fat is important, but if you use cream cheese, butter, good oils, you can quickly get the fat up. If you can't get it other ways, you can always use coconut oil, from a spoon, in decaf or hot tea, etc.

| Thanks, I've been using fitday because dieting and measuring food is something I've never done. It helps me get used to what and oz of something looks like. I think I need to get a better understanding of what a "net carb" is too.

| Net carbs are the carbs your body can digest. The fiber part of foods is carbohydrate, but can't be digested, so doesn't affect your blood sugar and doesn't need to be counted. For example 1/2 cup of pumpkin is 9.9 carbs. But about a third of this is fiber, so you only digest 6.3 carbs from a 1/2 cup of pumpkin. So net carbs is total carbs- fiber = 'net carb.'

| Oh yes, just read the label, and deduct the fiber from the carb total and your good!
