| I think you're doing good. Keep it up. I would cut out that coke and I would watch not getting too much cheese. Also remember only 3 cups of veggies. And a cup is a fairly small amount. Hope you have just as good a day today. And good for you taking that bloodtest!!!

| if you don't already you might want to enter your food into FitDay (free accounts are wonderful) so you know how you are doing on your ratios of fat/protein/carbs daily. be sure to get a variety of meats, fish and veggies so you don't get bored with the "same old thing" -- good luck!

| Thanks for the replies I created an account on Fitday but for some reason I can't pinpoint I didn't like it, so I made an Excel spreadsheet that calculates the ratios in calories and grams, and it also has a graph for my weight and blood parameters. What I'm doing is buy some beef and eat it a couple of days untill I finish it, then buy some pork and do the same, then I'll do some fish, etc. Takes me a couple of days to get bored of the same thing, so I think this might work I'm starting to get a funny taste in my mouth and a slight headache... I believe I'm about to go into ketosis! ![]() My pee is bright yellow (like anti-freeze ) and smells funny too...I'm drinking around 1-1.5 gallons of dihydrogen monoxide
