Met Goal#2: 159 and Schutzhund with the dog ... but not getting out of breath. Longer, faster paced walks with dog 3x/week. 1 lbs to go ... | It's odd, I usually don't like water ... but I keep a bottle with me all the time with one of those sports caps that you suck on like a straw. I drank 2L total today!!
