| Thank you! I'm in shock still! I took another pee test, and it went from Trace to Light! I'm still having induction flu symptoms, but hopefully that will end soon! |

| Laura. You have not had a chance to check out the book? Is it hard to get where you are? Here I can find it in used bookstores for very little or in the library. The book we use is the 2002 Dr.Atkins New Diet Revolution. (Called DANDR around here

| Laura - do you have any charity shops in your area? Most in my area have at least one copy of DANDR on their shelves for less than a pound.
