what kind of things do you eat if you eat out?

It depends on where you want to go Most places have salads just watch your toppings. You want a burger then go for it. Just no bread. You want seafood then have it. Just no breading. You can always print out the food list and take it with you.

its just the counting carbs when you get home etc.

you can eat any beef burgers? i didnt know that.

I usually go for anything grilled - meat, chicken, or fish along with a salad or steamed veggies.

can you eat frozen meat with breadcrumbs on, or is it just things like chicken breasts etc??

No breadcrumbs what so ever
I eat steaks when I go out or shirmp or lobster or grilled chicken and salad.
And sometimes bunless burgers.

No breadcrumbs, no other "fillers" like flour, wheat starch etc. You can eat any fresh meat with no additives, but nothing like chicken nuggets, meat with breadcrumbs etc. If it isn't on the allowed list (link below), don't touch it

if your eating out how do you know how many net carbs are the meats for example because on the list of foods it does not say?

Meat shouldn't have any carbs unless there are additives, so in most cases you just need to count carbs in the veggies. Be wary of sauces etc though. I just tell them that I have allergies to a bunch of stuff and get them to check for me. There is always something I can have with minimum fuss
