| I haven't been the strictest.. i've had a couple of 0 carb hot dogs, 0 carb pastrami, 0 carb soda... I maily eat hamburger with with about an ounce of cheese or bacon and eggs or pork chops and cauliflour.. first two inductions I did, I did not allow myself 0 carb soda, hot dogs, pastrami or even gum.. i only drank water and was very strict.. this time i wanted to see how my body would react eating the stuff.. I have not went over 25 carbs and I never really weighed the first two times until after induction, but the difference is I felt like i was losing weight.. I don't feel like i'm losing weight and I don't feel like i'm in ketosis... i have not gone over 2,000 cals on any day either even though i'm not really watching my cals... Current weight 264..same weight I started at... I just checked a ketosis stick and i'm in between the darkest two.. |

| Are you eating your salad vegetables? How much cauliflower are you eating per day? What are your percentages? Your stats? Your exercise routine? Are over half of your net carbs coming from vegetables? Did you check the ingredients in foods, not only the carb count, to check they don't contain "illegal" stuff? I don't know why you would introduce anything like soda, which is a known staller, but now you can guess what effect it has on you, so you may want to eliminate it.

| How much water are you drinking? Very dark ketostix are often a sign of dehydration.

| Stay away from the hotdogs and deli foods. Too many sodium nitrates will cause you a major stall. It's not normal to not have lost weight so far. I lost the most during my first two weeks. Try cooking your own meats, add eggs, bacon, legal amts of veggies and lots of water. I would honestly just start over -it'll help alot if you track things on fitday.com. |

| some tips dont eat aspartame it can be a staller and is also is very bad for your health most bacon has sugar added to it so make sure yours is sugar/carb free maybe try broccoli instead of cauliflower cauliflower can cause thyriod problems and thyriod problems can make it so you dont lose weight dont eat hotdogs or pastrami you MUST drink extra extra water during induction and or massive weight loss to help flush the toxins from your fat out of your body so you feel better try and exercise it will get your metabolism to go faster and then you will have more energy and lose weight faster 10 min high resistance cardio and super heavy weight lifting make sure you work all your muscles it can greatly help with fat loss and muscle gain try and eat 65% fat 30% protein 5% carbs dont eat atkin bar or shakes they can be stallers and have sugar alcohals dont eat sugar alcohals like in gum in rare cases up too 50% can be converted into net carbs dont eat soy dont eat any deli meats they got crap added into them you gotta eat natural foods |

| My biggest suggestion is to put the pop down and get some water into your system! During my induction I drank 75 oz of water a day...minimum. I didn't drink pop or crystal light or anything other than water...that will really help to flush things out of your system. Also, try sticking to more simpler foods, the less processed the better. Good luck! Stick through it, you'll get there, and when you see those first pounds come off, you'll be ecstatic! |

| Thanks guys, I'll wait until induction is over before i start to really worry lol.. i'm in ketosis so something should happen soon.. funny after writing this post.. i woke up light headed, i was so dizzy and wobbly i couldn't even stand on the scale took the scale like 2 mins to register my weight, which is only a pound different.. which i won't count because you always weigh loss when you wake up |
