| Congrats on the 7 lbs!! You go girl Welcome to Ketosis!!! Loss of appetite is a (wonderful) side effect of ketosis. Isn't it great? You should be feeling more energy as well. Just make sure you're eating enough, otherwise you'll go into starvation mode and stall. GOOD LUCK!!! and keep it up |

| Exactly the reason I remain on on induction.18 weeks now.Appetite is controlled.Fighting hunger is a losing battle for me.Cave in every time. |

| I love the effect that this WOE brings. Even on OWL I still have no appetite alot. I think I find it cyclical, there are days I am hungry, and I eat on plan more than other days. I am able to stop eating when full. It's a wonderful feeling isn't it. I think it helps us to learn to listen to our bodies, eat for fuel and not emotion.
