| Would adding a couple of chopped hard boiled eggs to a salad appeal to you in the morning? I did that this morning, mostly because I really needed the leafy greens, but I suppose that disguises the eggs somewhat. |

| Oh yum! I did that the other day for dinner. I made my salad with lettuce, cucumber without the skin because the skin bothers me, tomato, diced ham, hard boiled eggs and a low carb dressing with 1g per two tablespoons, but only using one tablespoon. It was Delicious. Tonight I'm doing the same thing but with boiled chicken instead of ham.

I think that you are used to eating junk in the morning and if you give it time you will be able to eat a normal healthy breakfast. Like my husband loves to tell me "It's all in your head". |

| You can eat left over for breakfast. Like taco salad if you want. Another idea is to look at the breakfast shake recipe in the extended induction forum. Even people who swear that they never eat eggs tend to like this. Give it a try.

That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again. |

| I totally know where you are coming from...sometimes eggs are just way too gross in the morning.....BUT, I make myself eat them (and have started to enjoy them) because I see a huge difference in weight loss if I eat eggs in the morning. Weird I know, but it's a true fact for me. That makes them much easier to eat! I do try to mix it up everyday. Sometimes I just have fried eggs, sometimes scrambled with veggies or salsa, sometimes a mexican mix with guaq and sour cream, sometimes just hard boiled. |
