__________________ My name is Barb  ... and I'm a carboholicS/C/G 180/160/150 Minigoals Goal#1: 169 and daily walks with the dog. Met Goal#2: 159 and Schutzhund with the dog ... but not getting out of breath. Longer, faster paced walks with dog 3x/week. 1 lbs to go ... Goal#3: 150 Schutzhund and SARs with out discomfort.      |

That sounds good. I don't think you did a screw up at least much of one. You are close to healthy weight range so don't wait too long till go do the OWL thing.
