| The first time I did Atkins and then again when I quit smoking, if I absolutely couldn't handle something, I took a nap. This only lasted the 1st 3 days for smoking and only Day 1 for Atkins. For something sweet, try Crystal Light Fruit Punch. 0 carbs and tastes really sweet. You can freeze it into pops as well. Good Luck! Sue |

| If that's the Crystal Light sweetened with aspartame, it is not allowed on Atkins, because Dr. Atkins discovered that many of his patients were stalled by aspartame.
